Reginald Obeng
Reginald Obeng is a highly accomplished real estate professional and resettlement specialist with over 15 years of experience in property and facilities management. He currently works with AngloGold Ashanti Ghana Limited and serves as a Director at R&J Systems Limited, one of Ghana’s emerging leaders in property management.
Over the years, he has held several senior roles, including General Manager of Operations at LMI, General Manager at Alloud Group, and Head of Property Management at Denton Property Managers, a subsidiary of Goldkey Properties Ltd. He has also worked in key technical and leadership capacities at Broll Ghana, Devtraco, SSNIT, and KNUST, gaining a rich blend of operational, strategic, and commercial expertise.
Reginald is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB) and currently serves as Chairperson of the CIOB Accra Hub. He is also a Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the American Academy of Project Management, and the Ghana Chamber of Construction Industry.
